Interactive mapping

• Satellite map of your park as the background, touch zoom and pan (iPad pinch)
• Each module = a clickable zone matching its real shape (not an ugly pin)
• Open tickets pinned with a priority colour (pulsing red for urgent)
• Legend by equipment type and an admin edit mode to draw the zones by hand

Automatic module detection (AI, optional)

• Your Anthropic API key in the settings (BYOK, ~5 to 50 cents per scan)
• The AI analyses the satellite map and proposes a frame around each module (typically 50 to 150)
• Tiled 2×2 or 3×3 mode for large parks (×4 to ×9 accuracy)
• Visual validation module by module before creation
• Recognises Aquaglide/Wibit parks from their printed labels (WaterJump, Everest, Kaos, Speedway, Parkway…)

Health record per module

• Full sheet: manufacturer, model, serial no., commissioning date, PSI pressure, purchase price, estimated lifespan
• Automatic 0–100 health score (age × interventions × total cost)
• Automatic TCO: labour (timer × hourly rate) + parts, as a ratio of the purchase price
• Filterable timeline (repairs, cleaning, inflation, electrical…) and before/after photo album
• Attached documents (PDF + images), mini chart of interventions/month over 12 months
• PDF export of the timestamped maintenance log (SHA-256 hash, legal value for insurance/manufacturer)
• Read-only public share link, 2-to-4 module comparator, renewal calendar

Tickets and interventions

• 7 categories (repair, mooring, straps, inflation, cleaning, electrical, other) and 4 priorities
• Statuses to-do → in progress → done, automatic timer on pickup
• Before/after photos with canvas annotations (arrow, circle, text, freehand, 5 colours, 30-level undo)
• Parts cost entered at closing for automatic TCO
• Free pin on the map (even off-module: walkway, detached mooring…), weather auto-saved on creation
• Assignment to a technician and visitor reports via public QR code (photo, IP anti-spam)

Preventive maintenance

• Recurring tasks (interval in days) with auto-creation of tickets when due
• Map pin propagated to the auto-generated ticket
• 3 urgency levels: overdue, soon, upcoming
• Marking as done automatically recalculates the next due date

Weather & inflatable-park safety

• Open-Meteo built in (free, no key) and a real-time weather widget
• Wind alerts (gusts, 2 thresholds), rain (mm/h, 2 thresholds) and UV (index, 2 thresholds)
• Storm alerts (WMO codes 95/96/99 → immediate evacuation on danger)
• Stackable banners with escalation anti-spam, Slack/Discord/Teams webhook, push notifications

Stock & inventory

• Deployed structures listed automatically from the map
• Spare stock of large structures (in stock / deployed / repair / out of service)
• Consumables (glue kits, straps, screws, PPE, valves…) with minimum threshold and alerts
• In/out movements with full history and full-text search

Visitor reports (public QR)

• Mobile page with no authentication, accessible via QR code
• Limit of 5 reports per IP per hour, optional photo, zone chosen manually

Weekly digest

Automatic email summarising the park (tickets created and closed, top technicians, unresolved urgent items), with a Slack/Discord/Teams webhook in parallel. Schedulable via a cron job, with manual “Now” sending possible.

• Compatible shared hosting (OVH, Infomaniak, IONOS…), one SQLite database per installation (~5 MB)
