If you don't have a FastPass or a season pass, take the right-hand line. You pay once you reach the hut, and our team gives you a wristband with your exit time printed on it. Small free boxes let you keep your phone, car keys or a small handbag; for beach bags, towels and flip-flops, drop them in the lockers on the beach (our team adds time so you can pop back and forth). Once you're wearing your wristband, go through the VIP entrance if it's free, or via the exit, to pick up your life jacket.

No online booking: just come to reception, payment is made on site. Only groups of 15 or more book in advance.

Priority access is tied to the presence and participation of the cardholder. If they wish to pay for their group's entries, they may of course use the priority line to make the payment and collect the wristbands. However, the other members of the group who don't themselves have a priority right must use the regular queue.

Yes, we are open 7 days a week.

We accept: cash, French bank cards (Carte Bleue), American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ANCV Connect and paper ANCV (French holiday vouchers), as well as Klarna.

No, we don't offer a student rate.

The FastPass includes your admission + skip-the-line: pay online and go straight to the VIP line, no waiting at the till (from €27 for 1h, €33 for 2h).

Yes, you can bring your phone or camera onto the course… but at your own risk: several phones have never made it back to the surface. 😅

The main park is open from age 8. Younger children (4 to 7) enjoy the kids' park. At the end of the day (7pm – 8pm, 7 days a week), or right at opening, children under 8 are also allowed on the main park, provided they are accompanied by an adult (and depending on how many people are in the park).

We chose to offer the WaterJump as an option at €5 for unlimited access, so we don't raise the entry price for everyone, especially those who don't want to use it. It also helps us manage how busy it gets, because the WaterJump runs with successive launches and dedicated supervision. Finally, this setup lets us regularly organise challenges, contests and games in the park, and occasionally give away WaterJump rides as a gift. 🎁🌊 In short: don't want to do it? You don't pay. Want to enjoy it? €5 and it's unlimited!

No, it's not a single go: it's unlimited access for the whole duration of your session.

The WaterJump is open from age 12.

Yes! Without the add-on, you can already jump from the 6 m diving board, use the zip line and jump from the 8 m diving board.

No, the zip line is included in the base price.

On the main park, children under 10 must be accompanied.

The kids' park is behind the main park: you reach it via the floating pontoons. Feel free to go and see it before buying your ticket.

No, you can go straight through the VIP line.

Two mornings a week (Wednesday and Sunday, 9am to 11:30am, in July-August), we open the park earlier just for 4-8 year-olds: they enjoy the structures quietly, with an adult, before the older kids arrive. It's €15 for the whole morning (not per hour).

For ages 4-8. Children aged 9-10 accompanying a younger sibling are tolerated if they stay calm and move at the little ones' pace. Over 10, access is refused during AquaKid's, come from 12pm at the general opening.

We created the AquaKid's session because, for years, it broke our hearts to see little ones leave in tears because they weren't old enough to enter the park. So we set up special hours for them to enjoy the structures safely, and as a gesture we offered a free entry to the accompanying adult. Unfortunately, these sessions led to a lot of rudeness and unpleasant remarks towards our reception team (« Why only one free entry? », « Why can't the 15-year-old brother go with his little sister? »…). Between parents who « forget » their kids on the structures to go and have fun, and older siblings who get in for free while leaving the little one on a module, it became unmanageable. Rather than close the session and punish the little ones who did nothing wrong, we prefer to remove the free companion pass and bring the maximum age back to 8 (exceptionally 10). We're truly sorry, but we'd rather do this than deal with arguments every morning. 💙

There's no maximum number of accompanying adults, within reason. However, you must stay together as a family and move at the youngest child's pace. Running, for example, is not allowed during these sessions, to avoid injuring the little ones.

Yes, an adult (18+) must be present: they stay with their child to help and watch over them on the courses. Everyone wears a life jacket sized to fit them.

It's a safety matter: during these slots there are very young children (from age 4) on the structures. We keep things calm to avoid bumps and falls, so everyone can enjoy it safely.

Our priority is that every family, every child, every group of friends can enjoy their moment with complete peace of mind. We make no distinction between people. We do, however, make a distinction between behaviours. Respectful visitors will always be welcome. Those who come to provoke, intimidate or disturb others will not. At AquaPark, our mission is simple: to let you have a great time in a safe, friendly and respectful environment. If you are the victim or witness of inappropriate behaviour, an assault, intimidation or any other abnormal situation, simply note the number printed on the life jacket of the person involved and immediately alert a member of our team. 🎥 The park is under permanent video surveillance, with more than 30 4K cameras recording 24/7. This footage lets us quickly identify the perpetrators of any unacceptable behaviour. In the event of an incident, we won't hesitate to use these recordings and, if necessary, hand them over to the police so that those responsible answer for their actions. ⚠️ Anyone disrupting the safety, respect or peace of our visitors faces immediate exclusion without refund and, depending on the severity, a permanent ban from the park and legal action. The vast majority of our visitors come to have fun, laugh and enjoy a good time. We will do everything we can to ensure a few individuals never ruin anyone else's day or evening. Here, you come to have fun, not to cause trouble.

Yes, wearing a life jacket is compulsory.

No: you must return your life jacket to the life-jacket desk before leaving the park.

Where the park is set up, it's deep: the depth varies and goes down to 10 m. But it doesn't matter: every participant wears a life jacket, so you float effortlessly. Nothing to worry about!

Yes, with the 2-hour pass you can take a break and come back.

Yes, if you come to reception to have the time paused.

We don't call anyone: there's a big clock on the tower and another on the hut. It's up to you to manage your time.

Yes, no problem: the reception team adds time so you can drop your things in the beach lockers.

1. To extend, come and see us BEFORE the end of your session to sort it out and add time at the current rate (+€6 to go from 1h to 2h). 2. Leaving well beyond the booked duration is considered a deliberate, abusive overrun. 3. In that case, the base price is re-applied and a €17 surcharge is billed, instead of the €6 of a simple on-time adjustment. This system prevents abuse and keeps things fair for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting everyone's time.

No, the small boxes at reception are free. They only fit small items (coin purse, bum bag, bank card, car keys, coins…). E-cigarettes are not allowed in them.

No, the lockers don't open automatically: they go into overtime. In that case, come and see a team member with your PIN code to open it.

Don't pay! Come and see us at the hut with your password (PIN code) and we'll open the locker for you free of charge.

Access conditions for the night sessions: • Be able to swim and be over 13 • Not allowed for people prone to epileptic seizures or anxiety attacks • Not allowed if you have already dislocated a shoulder • Not allowed in case of a physical health problem: neck, back, arms, legs, knees, shins, ankles… • Not allowed for pregnant women • Not allowed under the influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medication Management reserves the right to refuse access to any person or group deemed disrespectful or likely to disrupt the evening.
